General

 

New View magazine is published quarterly at Easter, Midsummer, Michaelmas and Christmas.

 

New View magazine is normally sold on a subscription basis.

 

Subscription periods are normally for one year periods, each year comprising four consecutive issues.

 

Subscription charges – based on postal areas

 

One Year’s Subscriptions:

Subscriptions from the UK, second class mailing included – £18 for 4 issues

Subscriptions from Europe, airmail included – £25.00 for 4 issues

Subscriptions from North America, airmail included – £25.00 for 4 issues.

Subscriptions from the rest of the world, airmail included – £25.00 for 4 issues.

 

Two Year’s subscriptions (discounted price):

Subscriptions from the UK, second class mailing included – £31 for 8 issues

Subscriptions from Europe, airmail included – £45.00 for 8 issues

Subscriptions from North America, airmail included – £40.00 for 8 issues.

Subscriptions from the rest of the world, airmail included – £45.00 for 8 issues.

 

Prices for single copies, back issues and other multiple subscription periods are available on request if not shown on this website.

 

Payment

 

All transactions must be in pounds (£) sterling.

 

Payment is to be made with order prior to despatch of magazine(s).

 

Despatch Period

 

We endeavour to despatch any order within seven days of receipt of payment.

Purchasers living outside the UK should add at least a further seven days to the despatch period to take account of airmail and local postal circumstances.

 

Claims, Refunds, Damaged magazines

 

Refunds are not normally available and returns are not normally accepted except for the following:

 

1. Failure to receive a magazine that has been paid for within one calendar month of publication date or order date entitles the purchaser to claim a full refund for any magazine not yet received but paid for, or another copy of the magazine duly despatched upon customer notifying New View's Customer Services. Claims made more than three months from last publication date will not be considered other than by mutual agreement.

 

2. A magazine damaged in transit. In such an event, a replacement magazine will be sent for each damaged magazine of which we are notified. Normally we will not require such damaged magazine(s) to be returned, but reserve the right to request the headline banner (New View on the front cover) to be returned before despatching any replacement(s) should we consider this to be necessary.

 

3. All other circumstances must be determined by mutual agreement.
